Turbulent start in Spa

The first four hours of the Spa 24 Hours, with several caution periods, were already eventful for Audi Sport customer racing. The best Audi R8 LMS is the number 46 car of Audi Sport Team WRT in fourth place with Audi Sport driver Frédéric Vervisch at the wheel. Audi Sport Team Saintéloc has a second Audi in the top group: Patric Niederhauser is tenth in the number 25 car. Team Tresor by Car Collection managed a remarkable performance with Audi number 11: Alberto di Folco in eleventh place overall is the leader in the Silver Cup. Thomas Neubauer from Team WRT in car number 30 is second in this classification. Audi Sport Team Tresor and Audi Sport Team Attempto, by contrast, were very unlucky: A puncture in the first hour of the race had cost Ricardo Feller in car #66 two laps and Christopher Haase in car #12 even three laps. This car suffered another setback due to a contact with a competitor.
