Operating procedures starting in calendar week 35
Ingolstadt/Neckarsulm, August 22, 2024 – Changes to economic conditions, supply bottlenecks and the impacts of natural catastrophes and armed conflicts may lead to adjustments to production procedures and work situations in certain parts of the company. The Internal Communications department will publish the latest information to that end on this page.
Operating procedures in Ingolstadt
From August 26 to 30, production on all assembly lines will be carried out according to plan. On September 8 and 22, production on assembly line 2 (A4/A5) will be carried out during the permanent night shift as an additional measure. Operating procedures in Neckarsulm
A4/A5 assembly will be carried out according to plan. The Böllinger Höfe will produce the Audi e-tron GT in a permanent early shift during standard working hours. Production of the A6, A7 and A5 will be carried out during two shifts from Monday to Friday in calendar weeks 35 and 36, with a shift extension of 12 minutes in the late shift. In calendar weeks 37 to 39, production of the A6, A7 and A5 will be carried out during two shifts, with a shift extension of 60 minutes in the late shift from Monday to Thursday. Production of the D series will be carried out during two shifts in calendar weeks 35 to 39. Upstream departments may differ from these production procedures.
