Operating procedures starting in calendar week 26

Ingolstadt/Neckarsulm, June 20, 2024 – Changes to economic conditions, supply bottlenecks and the impacts of natural catastrophes and armed conflicts may lead to adjustments to production procedures and work situations in certain parts of the company. The Internal Communications department will publish the latest information to that end on this page.

Operating procedures in Ingolstadt

Production in Ingolstadt is running, as announced in plant announcement 12/2024 IN.

Operating procedures in Neckarsulm

A8 assembly will carry out production as follows:

  • Calendar week 26: Two shifts (late shift Mon-Thu + 60 min); June 29 special shift, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Calendar week 27: Two shifts (late shift Monday-Friday +60 minutes); July 6 special shift, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Calendar week 28: Two shifts (late shift Monday-Friday +60 minutes)
  • Calendar week 29: Two shifts (late shift Monday-Friday +60 minutes)
  • Calendar week 30: Two shifts (late shift Monday-Friday +60 minutes)

A6/A7 assembly will be carried out during two shifts in calendar weeks 26-30, then with a shift extension of 12 minutes in the late shift and a special shift on Saturday, July 20, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The sub-areas in A6/A7 assembly line sections 0 and 1 and pre-assembly KSK will carry out production during two shifts, with a shift extension of 60 minutes in the late shift. There will also be a special shift in these areas on Saturday, July 20, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Friday, July 26, production there will be carried out during two shifts during standard working hours.

A4/A5 assembly will be carried out as planned. Production of the Audi e-tron GT at the Böllinger Höfe will be carried out during a permanent early shift in standard working hours.
