Karl Meier - Biography
In this role, he’s responsible for the implementation of the 360factory production strategy, the orientation of the Audi production network and the corresponding production structures at the Ingolstadt, Neckarsulm, Győr, Brussels and San José Chiapa locations, as well as central management of the Production division. On top of his roles at Audi, he also became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the FC Ingolstadt 04 soccer club in 2020 – a club he himself used to play for.
Dr. Tarek Mashhour - Biography
After that, he was responsible for production planning at the plants in Brussels (Belgium) and Győr (Hungary), as well as for the planning and implementation of the new Audi plant in San José Chiapa (Mexico). From September 2016, Tarek Mashhour was responsible for the production strategy of AUDI AG, including the key area of digitization. Starting in October 2018, he was the head of series production for electric models at Audi. Since November 1, 2020, Dr. Tarek Mashhour has been Executive President of Audi México.
Stefanie Ulrich - Biography
Stefanie Ulrich transferred in May 2007 to AUDI AG and served as Human Resources Director at the Audi plant in Brussels until the end of 2010. She introduced working time accounts for the launch of the Audi A1, making the company the first in Belgium to do so. Since 2011, Stefanie Ulrich has been Human Resources Director at Audi’s Neckarsulm location. Her focus there is on helping to shape the growth of the Audi plant and enhance Audi’s appeal as an attractive employer.
Volker Germann - Biography

Volker Germann has been working for the Volkswagen Group and AUDI AG since 1986. The graduate engineer completed his studies at the University of Applied Sciences for Technology in Mannheim and began his career as an employee in Central Planning Paint and Assembly at VW. After holding various positions in Germany and abroad, he became Plant Manager at VW do Brasil in Curitiba in 2009. In 2016, Volker Germann became Plant Manager of the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture in Changchun, China. Since April 1, 2019, Volker Germann has been General Manager of Production Technology and Logistics as well as Management Spokesman at AUDI BRUSSELS S.A./N.V.
