The Audi Q8 e-tron model series now has an even sportier appearance

Audi’s Q8 e-tron models are about to become even more sporty and dynamic: The S line competition exterior package enhances the electric luxury models’ dynamics and emphasizes the Q8 family’s sporty character. The package includes specific body components such as a widened body (similar to the S model), a body-color Singleframe, and exclusive 21-inch five-spoke black wheels. Painted brake calipers with the S logo, a host of carbon-fiber details, and an edition-specific door LED projection add further striking accents. The carbon add-on parts are also available for the Audi SQ8 e-tron family as part of the new Carbon Style package.

Rethinking the upper mid-size segment: the Audi A6 e-tron sets standards in design and range

The Audi A6 e-tron concept debuted at the Auto Shanghai 2021 trade fair as the forerunner of an innovative family of all-electric volume models. Audi is now launching the A6 e-tron as a Sportback and Avant. As the second model on the PPE platform, the upper mid-size vehicle picks up on the familiar product strengths of performance, range, efficiency, and charging. It is also the platform’s first model with a flat floor concept. The exterior is powerful, sporty, and perfectly proportioned. Audi's new design philosophy defines the interior. Depending on the equipment level, the A6 e-tron offers many innovative features, such as second-generation virtual exterior mirrors, a panoramic glass roof that becomes opaque at the touch of a button and illuminated rings at the rear. The A6 e-tron and S6 e-tron can be ordered from September 2024 as Sportback and Avant versions. Prices at market launch are 75,600 euros for the A6 Sportback e-tron performance and 99,500 euros for the Audi S6 Sportback e-tron.

Audi wrote engineering history in 1982 with the Audi 100. With its drag coefficient of 0.30, the third-generation Audi 100 was the world’s most aerodynamically efficient production saloon at the time, making it an essential part of the new special exhibition "Form vollendet". Pure driving enjoyment: northern Spain in the Audi Q6 e-tron

The road climbs steeply for around 150 meters, followed by a hairpin bend that requires precise steering. The fluid combination of bends that follows is pure joy: their sometimes challenging profile makes the roads between Bilbao and San Sebastián ideal for experiencing the character of the new Audi Q6 e-tron. The agility of the electric SUV, due in part to the precise and sporty steering and the harmonious power delivery of the electric motors, comes into its own on the roads in northern Spain. The suspension, tuned in line with the Audi DNA, offers comfort but also conveys a sporty dynamism – especially in the Audi SQ6 e-tron. The diverse routes with their differences in altitude and going through towns enable drivers to experience the high recuperation power of up to 220 kW in an impressive way. Audi enhances voice control in current and future models with ChatGPT

Audi is implementing the AI-based chatbot ChatGPT via Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service in its infotainment system to enhance its vehicles' voice control capabilities. From July this year, owners of around two million Audi models made since 2021 and equipped with the third-generation modular infotainment system (MIB 3) will be able to interact with their car using natural language and listen to the information they would like to know while driving. New vehicles such as the Q6 e-tron and future models with the E3 1.2 electronics architecture will receive ChatGPT via Cerence Chat Pro as an extension of the Audi assistant.

Audi Sport GmbH’s most powerful SUVs: The new RS Q8 performance and the updated RS Q8

Audi is rounding out the Audi Q8 model range, not only with the new RS Q8 with an output of 441 kW (600 PS) but is adding a new, second version to the top model in the series: the RS Q8 performance. Its increased output of 471 kW (640 PS) makes the SUV the most powerful series-produced combustion model in the history of Audi Sport GmbH. Both vehicles boast outstanding driving dynamics thanks to an optimized, self-locking center differential while guaranteeing an equally impressive suitability for everyday use. The exterior of the RS Q8 and RS Q8 performance take their cues from the recently upgraded Q8. New equipment packages allow more freedom for customization. The new Audi RS Q8 and RS Q8 performance will be launched in June of this year. Prices start at 141,900 and 155,700 euros.

Back on track: lap record for Audi Sport in the compact segment

Frank Stippler has set a new lap record on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife with a preproduction model of the RS 3 product upgrade. The Audi Sport racing and development driver clocked an impressive time of 7:33.123 minutes, beating the current fastest lap time in this class by more than five seconds. Further proof that the enhanced top model from the A3 series is once again the fastest compact car.
