Andreas Schmidt celebrated a class victory on the third weekend of the Spezial Tourenwagen Trophy at Hockenheim. In race two, he decided Class 2 in his favor in the Audi R8 LMS ultra. Finishing in fourth place, he had just barely missed a podium place in the first heat.
