Jamie Green (Hoffmann Group Audi RS 5 DTM #53) after setting the fastest time in day one of the three-day DTM tests at Estoril: “During the roll-out yesterday it was incredibly windy. Today it was slightly less but still extremely windy and very gusty. When you try to test it’s the last thing you want because you need consistent conditions. The day was compromised from that point of view. But I haven’t driven the car for five and a half month since the last race at Hockenheim. It was good to get over 100 laps in the dry. The Audi RS 5 DTM feels really well balanced. The work that Audi Sport has done over the winter has been very positive because I felt comfortable in the car from the morning onwards despite the heavy winds. So it was a compromised but still positive day for me.”
