A junior driver took a podium result for Audi in the 2017 DTM Kart Cup on the Nürburgring. Michelle Halder from Meßkirch, Germany, drove to third place against eleven other drivers from three different brands. “It was really good fun,” said the trainee media designer. The 18-year-old talent from Baden-Württemberg drove for two years in Formula 4, whilst nowadays she competes in the Special Touring Car Trophy. She is planning on entering the ADAC TCR Germany next season. From the Audi Sport TT Cup, Fabienne Wohlwend and guest starter Felix von der Laden also contested the DTM Kart Cup.
