Audi leads after the race’s first third

After the first third of the Nürburgring 24 Hours, Audi is leading the field: In the course of the eighth hour of racing, Frédéric Vervisch in the number 15 Audi R8 LMS from Audi Sport Team Phoenix took the lead and extended the advantage to 47 seconds. A total of four GT3 race cars from Audi Sport customer racing are in the top ten after eight hours: Ricardo Feller is in fifth place in car number 5, followed by Christopher Haase in car number 22 and Kim-Luis Schramm in car number 16 is in seventh place.
