Audi A1

Even Audi’s most compact vehicle, the A1, which was redesigned in the fall of 2014 and now measures in at a length of 3.98 meters (13.1 ft), combines all the major strengths of the brand – progressive design, uncompromising quality and high efficiency. Its range of powerful engines and agile chassis make it the three door car the sportiest in its segment. The design is now even more distinctive and powerful. On request, Audi will give the roof line a contrasting color. The interior finish is of extremely high quality, with fresh colors and new chrome trim parts provide highlights.

    Two wins for Audi in “Best Cars 2017”

    Audi has driven home two overall wins in the “Best Cars 2017” competition. The Audi A1* triumphed in the “Small Car” category in the reader survey conducted by “auto motor und sport” magazine, and the Audi A3* won the “Compact Car” class. The award ceremony was held today in Stuttgart.

    Audi leads the pack – including in the “Auto Bild” test rankings

    Audi leads the pack – including in the tests conducted by “Auto Bild” magazine. The latest issue of the motoring publication lists the top 100 test cars, arranged in ten different categories. Audi is out in front wherever dynamics, driving safety and comfort are the key attributes – with two class wins for the Audi R8 V10 plus, 15 further top placings and a remarkable achievement in the noise emissions (interior acoustics) category.

    New Audi air conditioning filter brings relief to allergy sufferers

    Beginning in June 2016, compact Audi models will roll off the assembly line with a new filter in the air conditioning system. This not only removes fine particulates and harmful gases from the air, it also neutralizes a majority of all allergens. With the new filter, Audi is setting a new standard worldwide in the premium compact segment.

At this year’s awards ceremony, four of the coveted trophies went to the models Audi A1, Audi A3, Audi Q7 and Audi R8. The brand with the four rings also topped the poll category of “Best Design Worldwide”.
