Third generation of the successful SUV: new Audi Q7 combines versatility and performance

With the new Q7, Audi is building on an extremely successful legacy in the SUV segment. The third generation of this successful model proves a versatile companion – equally at home in a packed business schedule, on relaxed weekend getaways, or on long road trips. The Q7 sets the benchmark in spaciousness, driving dynamics, comfort, and technology. The same applies to the unmistakable exterior design with its powerful silhouette and expressive digital lighting technology. Available with five, six, or seven seats, the Q7 delivers maximum versatility and everyday usability. Passengers will delight in its spacious interior, including an illuminated panoramic sunroof with switchable transparency. Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine producing either 220 kW (299 PS) or 180 kW (245 PS) with MHEV plus technology, including a powertrain generator that temporarily supplements the drivetrain with up to 18 kW (24 PS) of additional output. An electric-powered compressor also delivers strong starting performance. In Germany, prices for the Audi Q7 start at 87,900 euros.

Audi supports the Ingolstadt Half Marathon

The Ingolstadt Half Marathon is celebrating its 25th anniversary and will once again attract runners from across the region on May 9. Audi has been a trusted partner of the sporting event since its inception and is demonstrating its commitment to the region again this year – going far beyond financial sponsorship. Approximately 7,500 participants are expected, including around 500 Audi employees competing in the Audi championship. Many other Audi employees will volunteer along the route.

Audi Tradition unveils record-breaking car in Italy: Auto Union Lucca joins the Silver Arrow family

This car makes a statement: the Auto Union Lucca is emblematic of the technical innovation of the four rings in the 1930s. Audi Tradition has recreated the spectacular record-breaking car and will unveil it for the first time in early May in – aptly – the Italian city of Lucca. On February 15, 1935, the car set a widely acclaimed flying-start mile record on a straight section of the autostrada near Lucca, achieving a calculated average speed of 320.267 km/h and a measured top speed of 326.975 km/h. The Rennlimousine, a period term meaning “racing sedan,” was completed in the spring of 2026 and will join the legendary Silver Arrows in AUDI AG’s historic vehicle collection.

First quarter of 2026: Audi figures shaped by challenging market conditions – growth in Germany and Europe

The Audi Group performed solidly in the first quarter of 2026, a period marked by geopolitical and economic turbulence. Despite the global decline in the automotive market, the company increased its deliveries in Germany and Europe. While deliveries of battery-electric vehicles declined slightly overall, partly due to changes in subsidy policies, Audi-brand plug-in hybrids saw year-on-year growth of approximately 160 percent. In the first three months of the year, revenue reached 14.2 billion euros, operating profit rose to 588 million euros, and net cash flow stood at 883 million euros.
