Dieter Dehoorne - Member of the Board of Management at AUDI AG Procurement

Dieter Dehoorne brings more than 25 years of professional experience in the automotive and energy industries, including over 20 years in various positions at Volvo Cars. During his career, he has worked in Europe, the United States, and China.

Born in Ghent, Belgium, Dehoorne attended school in France and the US, and studied Industrial Engineering in Ghent and Valencia, Spain. He is fluent in four languages.

After holding various management positions at Volvo Cars in Sweden, Dehoorne was Senior Director of Direct Material Purchasing in China from 2011 to 2015 and subsequently Senior Director of Supplier Quality & Logistics Americas in the US until 2018. After returning to company headquarters in Sweden, he served as Vice President Global Direct Material Procurement until 2020.

In 2020, Dieter Dehoorne was appointed Group Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Vestas Wind Systems in Denmark.

Dehoorne has been a member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG since February 1, 2026, and is responsible for Procurement.
