Siegfried Schmidtner was born in Ingolstadt in 1971. After obtaining his high-school diploma, hestudied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in Construction and Development. He then completed a doctorate in Product Design and Process Chain Planning at Chemnitz University of Technology. In 1998, he joined Audi in Engine and Chassis Planning. As Head of Production Planning for six and eight-cylinder engines, Schmidtner spent two years in charge of all V6andV8 engine projects at the Hungarian site in Győr. In 2006, Schmidtner became Head of the Audi A3 Ramp-Upand Analysis Center in Ingolstadt. Three years later, he moved to Vehicle Production Ingolstadt, heading up production of the Audi A3, the Audi TTand subsequently the Audi Q2. Among other things, hewas responsible for the initial ramp-upof the Q2and the ramp-upof the third generation of the Audi A3. As Project manager, he assumed responsibility in 2017 for the planning and control of all production activities for vehicle and platform projects for the Electric premium platform and the B series, i.e. the Audi A4, Audi A5, andAudi Q5, including the plug-in hybrids, in the Production division. From November 2018, Siegfried Schmidtner was responsible for the central functions of production at AUDI AG, with a focus on production strategy, digitalization and transformation in the Production division. Among other things, the current matrix-oriented structure was created there. In October 2019, Schmidtner took over management of the newly created Product Engineering department, at the intersection between the Production and Technical Development divisions. There, hewas responsible for the virtual and physical assurance of product maturity and technical feasibility, worldwide production ramp-upsand the construction of all of the Audi brand’s prototypes and pre-series vehicles.

Xavier Roswas born in Barcelona in 1971. Hestudied mechanical engineering at the Barcelona School of Industrial Engineering. The native of Spain started his professional career in Audi’s Production and Logistics division in Ingolstadt in 1994. Three years later, he took over project management activities on the Audi A8 product line. In 1999, Xavier Ros transferred to SEAT’s Technical Development division to advance the third-generation SEAT Ibiza in the Development Management department. In2002, Xavier Roswas appointed Secretary General of SEAT. Five years later, he took over the role of Human Resources Strategy and Development Manager. Starting in 2011, Roswas appointed SEAT’s Personnel Director. From 2013 to 2015, Xavier Ros worked atVW Autoeuropa in Portugal, where he managed the Human Resources department asa member ofits Executive Committee. He returned to Martorell as SEAT’s Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Organization in September 2015. Since May 20, 2022, Xavier Roshas been Labor Relations Director and Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG for Human Resources.

Gerd Walker was born on February 1, 1970, in Reutlingen, Germany. He first worked at AUDI AGin 1997 asa working student in the field of engineering, writing a thesis on concept design for small-series production. After finishing his degree at the University of Stuttgart, he took his first job asa concept designer in the Production division at Audi in Ingolstadt. In the period from 2002to 2006, Gerd Walker had various positions in Technical Development in Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt. At first hewas responsible for the procurement and production of test components for the construction of test vehicles; from 2004, hewas project manager in charge of setting up the pre-series center, on the development side. From 2005 to 2006, he managed the provision of materials and maintenance in the Technical Development division. From 2006, hewas responsible for product and process technology, body construction and exterior, in the pre-series center for the worldwide production of new models. From 2009 to2012, he acted as Board speaker for the Production division. In September 2012, Gerd Walker took over the management of vehicle production at AUDI HUNGARIA in Györ. In September 2016, he moved into the Group and managed production strategy in Wolfsburg. From July 2018 to January 2022, Gerd Walker was head of Production at the Volkswagen Group in Wolfsburg. Since February 1, 2022, Gerd Walker has been Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG, responsible for production and logistics.

Rouven Mohr, born in 1979 in Saarbrücken, Germany, studied engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and earned a PhD in Numerical Mechanics. In 2008, he joined the Research and Development Department of AUDI AGasa testing engineer for chassis durability. In 2014, hewas appointed Head of Complete Vehicle Project Management for the Audi A3, TT, Q7, andQ8 models. In 2017, Mohr moved to Lamborghini S.p.A., where he assumed overall responsibility for Complete Vehicle Development and oversaw the Aventador, Huracán, and Urus models. He then returned to Audi to lead Energy and Weight Management and, in 2020, was appointed Head of Complete Vehicle Verification and Validation. In January 2022, Mohr became Chief Technical Officer at Lamborghini. In this role, he shaped the brand’s technical strategy and oversaw the hybridization of the model portfolio with vehicles such as the Revuelto and the Temerario. He also served as interim head of motorsport activities, including responsibility for the development of the Lamborghini SC63 for international endurance championships. Since March 1, 2026, Rouven Mohr has been a member of the Board of Management of AUDI AGand serves as Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

The graduate engineer Fred Schulze was born on24 February 1967 in Gardelegen (Saxony-Anhalt). Heis married andhasa son. Fred Schulze studied Production Technology at the University of Magdeburg, followed by Welding Engineering. Hehas worked in the Volkswagen Group for almost 30 years, having begun his professional career in 1993 at AUDI AGin Neckarsulm. In April 1994, he became head of Quality Assurance for the Body Shop of the A8. After this, he worked for MAN for two years and returned to Neckarsulm in 1998 as head of the Body Shop. In 2004, he moved to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, where hewas responsible for, among other things, the Body Shop for the Volkswagen Busand the Porsche Panamera, before switching to the Volkswagen plant at Emden in 2010 as Production Manager. From 2012to 2015 Schulze occupied the position of Plant Manager at the Neckarsulm site for the first time, and then moved tobe Production Manager at Ingolstadt until mid-2016. From 2016 to 2018, hewas responsible for the Q models of the Four Rings brand as Model Series Manager. In 2018, he moved to China, where hewas Executive Vice President for Production and Product Management at SAIC Volkswagen in Shanghai – a joint venture between China’s Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp and Volkswagen AG. On May 1, 2021, Fred Schulze returned tohis role as Plant Manager at the Audi site in Neckarsulm, and since September 1, 2024, hehas been a member of the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG.
Chairman of the Board of Management of Audi México
André Richter was born in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1976. Richter studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in production engineering and manufacturing technology. After graduating, he joined Audi asan international trainee in2002. During his early years at AUDI AG, Richter also completed a doctorate at Dresden University of Technology, which hewas awarded in 2009. André Richter has extensive international experience, which has already seen him work for Audi in Mexico: during the construction and start-up phase of the plant in San José Chiapa, Richter was Planning Project Manager from 2012to 2014 and Planning Director from 2014 to 2017. He then became Head of Planning at the Audi plantin Neckarsulm until 2019, and hewas Head of Strategic Production Planning at AUDI AG from 2019 to 2023. After that, hewas Plant Manager at FAW-VW Tianjin in China. André Richter has been the new Chairman of the Board of Management of Audi México since April 1, 2026.
