The Audi Sport GmbH includes under its umbrella four pillars: the high-performance sports models as well as Audi Sport customer racing, customization in the form of the Audi exclusive program and the Audi Sport collection.

Audi Sport GmbH - formerly quattro GmbH - was established in 1983 as a fully owned subsidiary of AUDI AG. The company has been registered as a manufacturer of high-performance cars since 1996. Audi Sport GmbH headquarters are based in Neckarsulm. The Audi Sport High-performance R and RS models are produced at the Audi Sport facilities at “Böllinger Höfe” (R8) and at the Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt production sites. The company’s team of over 1100 employees are constantly breaking new ground in terms of exclusive customisation and unique brand experience.

    25 years of Audi RS: exclusive anniversary package

    25 years of performance, prestige, and exclusiveness. A quarter of a century ago, the RS 2 Avant kicked off the success story of the Audi high-performance models. As a tribute to the first high-performance station wagon from Audi, Audi Sport GmbH is releasing an exclusive equipment package for the TT RS Coupé*, RS 4 Avant*, RS 5 Coupé*, RS 5 Sportback*, RS 6 Avant*, and RS 7 Sportback* models. The “anniversary package 25 years of RS” is now available for order.

    Refined: Update for the RS 5 Coupé and RS 5 Sportback

    Audi has revised the RS 5 Coupé (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 9.1 (25.8 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km: 208 (334.7 g/mi) and the RS 5 Sportback (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 9.2 (25.6 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km: 209 (336.4 g/mi). New details make the exterior design even more progressive. For operation, both models rely on the new MMI touch technology with a large central screen. The twin-turbo V6 with an output of 331 kW (450 PS) and 600 Nm (442.5 lb-ft) of torque (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 9.2–9.1 (25.6–25.8 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km: 209–208 (336.4–334.7 g/mi)) continues to ensure an impressive driving performance. In Germany and other European countries, the sale of the revised RS 5 starts shortly; prices start at EUR 83,500.

    The sportiest Q: the new Audi RS Q8

    The new Audi RS Q8 (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 12.1 (19.4 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km*: 277 - 276 (445.8 – 444.2 g/mi)) is the top model in the Q product line. It combines the power of an RS model with the elegance of a premium coupe and the flexibility of an SUV. The new Audi RS Q8** will arrive at dealerships in Germany and other European countries during the first quarter of 2020. Prices in Germany for the sporty SUV coupe start at 127,000 euros.

    Even sharper and more striking: The Audi R8 V10 RWD and the Audi R8 LMS GT4

    From special series to standard range: The Audi R8 V10 with rear-wheel drive (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 13.1–12.9 (18.0–18.2 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km: 293–299 (471.5–481.2 g/mi)) is advancing to a permanent model. In this context, its exterior is being redesigned to make it even more striking: It will be fitted with the same new features as the R8 V10 quattro models**. The V10 mid-engine, which delivers 397 kW (540 PS) here, and the rear-wheel drive offer a puristic kind of driving pleasure. The near-production-level Audi R8 LMS GT4 racing car, which also features rear-wheel drive, is being released at the same time, with a new design and noticeable optimizations in terms of vehicle dynamics. The customer sport racing car for the international GT4 category will offer private drivers even more precise adjustment options in the future.

    Compact power packs: Audi RS Q3 and Audi RS Q3 Sportback

    Audi Sport presents the new edition of the RS Q3 (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km*: 8.9 - 8.8 (26.4 - 26.7 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km*: 203 - 202 (326.7 - 325.1 g/mi)) and with the RS Q3 Sportback (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km*: 8.9 - 8.8 (26.4 - 26.7 US mpg); combined CO2 emissions in g/km*: 204 - 202 (328.3 - 325.1 g/mi)) extends the product range to include an all-new model. The two sport compacts offer outstanding performance, athletic design and maximum everyday usability. They will be available in dealers in Germany and other European countries by the end of 2019. Prices for the high-performance SUV start at 63,500 euros. The SUV coupe starts at 65,000 euros.
