At Auto China 2024, opening on April 25 in Beijing, Audi will showcase its strategy and all-electric portfolio for the world’s largest automotive market. With them, the brand with the four rings is strengthening the foundation for continued success in the country. Highlights include the upcoming Audi Q6L e-tron. Only all-electric vehicles will be showcased at the booth, as both Audi joint ventures in China will bring models tailored to the Chinese market’s specific requirements to Beijing. Audi established the premium compact segment with the A3 in 1996. From June 22 to July 21, 2024, Ingolstadt will once again be all about music. For four weeks, guests of the Audi Summer Concerts 2024 will experience a program that demonstrates diversity, innovative spirit and proximity to the audience. International stars of the classical music scene will be represented as well as up-and-coming young artists. But children and young people will also be inspired with their own events. Audi makes history: for the first time, a low-emission prototype with an electric drive, high-voltage battery and energy converter wins the world’s toughest desert rally with the Audi RS Q e-tron. The new Audi RS 6 Avant GT is the pinnacle of the model series. The special edition is packed with exclusive details for both the exterior and the interior. It is inspired by the world’s premier desert rally: the Audi Q8 e-tron edition Dakar. On the exterior, the special model’s raised chassis and the optional decals are reminiscent of the RS Q e-tron designed for the Dakar Rally and featuring an electric drive system and an energy converter. The off-road capabilities of this exclusive SUV, combined with its high and instantly available torque, are perfect for adventurous people who also want to drive off the beaten path electrically. The traditional NSU brand is celebrating its birthday. In 1873, Christian Schmidt and Heinrich Stoll founded “Mechanische Werkstätte Schmidt & Stoll” in Riedlingen for the production of knitting machines, which later evolved into NSU Motorenwerke AG and ultimately into today’s Audi site in Neckarsulm. Even NSU’s name is closely associated with Neckarsulm, as the company name is derived from the city on the Neckar and Sulm rivers.
