After “Generation Y,” “Generation Z” has now also arrived on the job market. Audi wants to better understand the professional desires and goals of this youngest employee generation and has carried out a wide-ranging survey of people born in or after 1995. The most important finding: “Generation Z” is loyal, flexible and career oriented – and is far less different from “Generation Y” than had been assumed.
