Michael Frisch was born on April 22, 1961, in Munich. He is married and has a daughter.
After completing his studies in Business Administration, Michael Frisch began his professional career in 1986 as a marketing planner for Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg. In 1993 he moved to AUDI AG, where he became Export Sales Advisor for the regions Italy, Austria and Switzerland. After serving in various capacities for the regions Western Europe, Southern Europe and Central Europe, as well as in Customer Service and Parts Service, in 2001 he took on his first management position as Head of Service Market Steering for Europe.
Three years later he was put in charge of Sales Western Europe, with responsibility for France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. From 2007 to 2013, Michael Frisch headed Audi’s Italian Division. In his next position, the experienced manager was responsible for Sales Western Europe at Skoda for three years. In 2016, he returned to AUDI AG and was appointed Head of Sales Germany.
Since March 1, 2017, Michael Frisch has been serving as Head of Sales Overseas*. In this capacity, he is responsible for sales of new and pre-owned Audi cars, development of the sales network, and management and development of the overseas after-sales business.
