China: Audi is leading premium brand for customer satisfaction Audi remains the benchmark for customer satisfaction in China’s premium market. The brand with the four rings captured first place in the J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) for the seventh time in a row, and topped the China Customer Service Index (CSI) for the fourth year in succession.
