AUDI AG is supporting its dealers in the selection and qualification process and offers targeted training. Furthermore, Audi City employees increasingly have broad-based educational backgrounds ? they are, for example, IT experts, able to explain competently to the customer the digital world of Audi City.
This new image of a sales adviser relates primarily to the specially created function of Customer Relationship Manager, which will be deployed in future at Audi City locations. This individual will become the face of the brand and the central contact for all customer concerns. The Customer Relationship Manager will accompany customers throughout, from initial consultation, through sales, to the after-sales process. He or she will, for example, organize delivery and pick-up services for test drives or service appointments.
This way, the customer experiences all services in Audi City from a single point of contact. Therefore, every Audi City location is connected to a highly competent Audi dealership that operates as a centre of competence realizing for example test drives and service.
