Ducati’s main factory site and headquarters is located in the Borgo Panigale area of Bologna, Italy, with an additional assembly factory in the Rayong Province of Thailand and a CKD provider in Manaus, Brazil. In 2019, Ducati delivered 53,183 bikes to customers all over the world.

    Growth in turnover and operating margin for Ducati in 2019

    Ducati closes 2019 positively, consolidating the growth that has characterized the last years of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer. 53,183 (2018: 53,004) bikes were delivered to customers all over the world, a result that allowed sales to remain above 50,000 units for the fifth consecutive year, confirming the positive signs of the market which, in the above 500 cc segment, recorded a global growth of 1.4%.

    Operating profit margin confirmed at 7% for Ducati in 2018

    The end of 2018 shows Ducati to have consolidated the growth trend of the past few years for the Italian motorcycle manufacturer. 53,004 (2017: 55,871) motorcycles were delivered to clients all over the world; a result which remains over the 50,000 level for the fourth consecutive year, despite a 2.7% decrease in the global market for motorcycles over 500 cc. Conditions proved to be especially challenging in the United States as Ducati’s number one market, declining by nearly 9%.

    Ducati closes 2017 positively and continues to grow

    Ducati Motor Holding continues to grow. In 2017 the Bologna-based bike manufacturer delivered 55,871 bikes to customers worldwide, strengthening the success of the previous year (55,451) and continuing the upward trend that has been a stable company characteristic for eight years.
